제목 | Effect of fluorination treatment on mechanical and EMI shielding properties of MWCNTs/epoxy nanocomposites |
초록 | The effect of the removal impurities of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on the surface structure, the mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding interference effectiveness (EMI-SE) of composites was investigated. The mechanical properties were characterized by tensile test which was indicated by a 33% increase in tensile strength. The EMI-SE of modified MWCNTs/epoxy composites was improved as concentration of hydrofluoric solution. The mechanical and electrical property enhancements of the polymer composites were caused by the modification of MWCNTs which improved crystallinity of MWCNTs and dispersion of MWCNTs in the epoxy resin.
