제목 | Synthesis of BaTiO3 powders by Hydrothermal reaction : Control of reaction condition, powder size, pH concentration. |
초록 | BaTiO3(BT) is widely used material in electric ceramics. It has been utilized in primary materials for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor(MLCC) because of its high dielectric characteristics. when the powders from traditional methods tent to aggregate, that needs an milling process before used as electrocermic materials. In addition, recently demands of device miniaturization in the electronic industry need new techiniques for the preparation of crystalline fine powders. So, the various preparation methods developed , the hydrothermal synthesis has been appeared to be one of suitable methods for industrial requirements of BaTiO3 powder. This method(hydrothermal synthesis) has the following advantages. high-purity single phases oxides with various particle size and shapes can be obtained at a relatively high rate. So, in this study, lead free ferroelctrics BaTiO3 hydrothermal system is introduced. During hydrothermal synthesis, experiments were conducted to obtain nano-sized powders by varying conditions such as pH concentration and hyrothermal synthesis time. The microstructure obseved by Fe-SEM and crystal structure and phase formation figured out via XRD. |
