제목 | Study of cordierite(Mg2Al4Si5O18) nanoparticle synthesis and their properties |
초록 | For 5G, 6G mobile communications, high frequency millimeter waves are expected to be applied for high speed and larger data transfer. Cordierite(Mg2Al4Si5O18) which has low dielectric constant(<5) and low loss at high frequency is the promising material for millimeter waves. In this study, for the synthesis of cordierite Sol-Gel method and Hydrothermal synthesis using each different Mg, Al, Si sources are examined. These synthesized cordierite particle’s phase formations and shapes are estimated by FE-SEM, XRD. In addition these ceramic’s bulk properties are estimated as sintering, dielectric properties. All properties are compared with High Energy Milled cordierite ceramic sample. |
