제목 Highly Sensitive and Direction-Selective Strain Sensor with Carbon Nanotube Asterisk Structure
초록 Strain sensors respond to mechanical deformations by changing electrical characteristics such as resistance or capacitance. Many requirements are needed to make high-performance strain sensors including sensitivity reproducibility, and stretchability. Especially, highly direction-selective sensitivity of the strain sensors is needed for accurately detecting the human motion or matter detecting. In this work, we demonstrate the highly flexible and sensitive CNT-based strain sensor which is possible to detect with a direction-selective signal. This strain sensor has an asterisk-structure, inducing the selective resistance changes with external deformations. The strain-sensing characteristics of the asterisk strain sensors including stretch/release response under static and dynamic loads, stretchability, and hysteresis performance have been investigated.
