제목 Preparation of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Materials Containing  Hollow Mesoporous Silica Nanospheres.
초록 A series of novel organic-inorganic hybrid materials of inorganic 3-acryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane and various organic diols, e.g. 4,4’-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphenol were synthesized by a facile non-hydrolytic sol-gel processing. Under the simple exposure of UV irradiation, crack-free, thick composite films with excellent mechanical properties were produced with no remaining traces of solvents. This method also avoided high volume shrinkage during further treatment of the films and is therefore suitable for soft molding processes. We added inorganic silica particles and measured the dispersion stability and aggregation behavior of ceramic nanoparticles in polymer matrices by using various characterization methods such as transmission and scanning electron microscopy since they are key variables to determine the film properties of ceramic/polymer composites.
