The results of an experimental investigation on residence time of liquid, during its flow in thin-layer evaporator are presented in the paper. Measurements in which liquid was heated up were compared with those without heat exchange. The influence of heat load, during liquid boiling, on liquid flow hydrodynamics was confirmed.
