The paper presents the results of the computations of vertical pneumatic conveying characteristics (DeltaP/l)(oer)=f(U-g) in the particle acceleration region. Numerical computations (DeltaP/l)(oer) =f(U-g) were performed on the basis of particle uniform flow model for the different initial value of solid velocity definitions. The comparison of the characteristics obtained computationally and experimentally was presented.
