For the purpose of laboratory experimental are struck the balances of untypical anaerobic process as lactic acid fermentation. In this process, degree of reduction for substrate and product are the same, and during this fermentation increase biomasa, consequently the balance of electron isn't close. To solve this problem, laboratory researches are made, with help with balances of lactic acid fermentation.
