The influence of NaOH concentration on oxygen solubility in aqueous systems
The solubilities were measured for oxygen in aqueous solutions of NaOH over a concentration range of 0.5-1.5 kmol/m(3) and temperature range of 20-60 degreesC. The experiments were carried out in the CPA reaction calorimeter (ChemiSens, Sweden). Analysis of the received data showed that Henry's constants increase with temperature and solution concentration.
