This paper compares methods of structure identification in the classical fluidized bed. One of the methods makes use of the stochastic analysis of the results of pressure drop measurements, and the other uses image recognition. This paper illustrated the effects of comparison of the results of this analysis, based on both methods and carried for the bubble and turbulent bed.
