Three organofunctional silanes (3-methacryloxypropyltrime-thoxysilane, 3-isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane and 3-(diethylenetriamino)propyltrimethoxysilane) were implemented to the pilot plant prodution. The production process was based on nucleophillic substitution of chlorine in 3-chloro-propyltrimethoxysilane. The products were recommended as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents and polymer modifiers for many branches of industry.
