Strategy of designing synthesis routes for compounds of high complexicity and structural diversity was presented. The subsequent transformations were generated by using the chemical sense builder (CBS) system. The system was used for designing synthesis of compounds of natural origin. The procedure was exemplified by spinosine synthesis on selected synthetic routes generated with domino transformations teamed from different reaction types or from the same multiple Heck reaction.
