A new diterpenoid, jolkinolide F (1), was isolated from roots of Euphorbia jolkinii. The planar structure of 1 was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and its stereochemistry was determined by NOESY spectroscopic data and X-ray data analysis. 1 showed cytotoxicity against mammalian cells.
