아마란스로부터 squalene의 추출 공정에서 초음파 에너지 효과
Ultrasonic energy effects on squalene extraction from amaranth seed
The ultrasonic extraction from amaranth seed was studied over 360 W, 480 W ultrasonic power at 20~40 ℃ temperature range and irradiation time 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 minute respectively. The compositional characteristics of extracts, was analysed with GC(HP 6890 with FID, Hewlett-packard Co., USA). Using ultrasonic energy, it is possible to increase an extraction efficiency of the total extracts. And ultrasonic extraction process is very high energy level, so extraction time can be shorten effectively. The total extraction yield, the extraction yield of squalene were increased as the ultrasonic power and the extraction time were increased. The maximum total extraction yield and the extraction yield of squalene were exhibited at 480 W ultrasonic power, 30 ℃ extraction temperature. So ultrasonic extraction process can be recommend as the selective and rapid extraction mechanism.
