Exergy analysis of microwave drying process
Poppy seeds were dried in a microwave dryer at varying heat power to minimize the energy expenditure and to det. the unit exergy consumption and exergetic efficiency. The lowest exergy consumption and the highest drying efficiency were achieved for power setting 300 W.
