Tobermorite adsorbent was activated with FeCl3 and used for removal of PO43- ions from their solns. in deionized and 2 natural waters to study the adsorption kinetics under lab. conditions. After 5 days test, an equil. was reached for all tested systems. The activation resulted in an increase sorption capacity by 25%.
