Solvothermal preparation of tin phosphide nanorods
Sn4P3 nanorods 20 X 400 nm were successfully synthesized through a solvothermal process based on a metathesis reaction between SnCl2 and Na3P at 120-140 degrees C, using ethylenediamine as the solvent and template.
