Effect of ball milling on semicrystalline bisphenol A polycarbonate
The effect of ball milling on semicrystalline bisphenol A polycarbonate (PC) has been studied. The degree of crystallinity obtained in the recrystallization process of the samples amorphized by milling has been related to the crystallinity of PC prior to the grinding. Some differences have been found between PC amorphized by milling and by quenching from the liquid state.
