Article deals with results of the work-shop <<100 units of new professional qualification>>, held in Moscow on February, 24-25,1998, at Academy of National Economy within the frame of <> program. The work-shop is devoted to most actual task of creating and implementation of new requirements on professional quality in the field of economy and management. The target of the work-shop is to determine which professional quality requirements should manager comply with in current market conditions. At the work-shop actual problems of Russian oil&gas companies＇ business development were discussed and exact solutions were put forward: increasing training quality for managers, specialists and group leaders of oil company＇s personnel reserve within the frame of System of continuos professional quality enhancement; to reach international levels of professional quality for Russian managers, specialized in economics. Managers of many oil&gas companies have participated in the work-shop.
