A new superplastic process was introduced in this paper. This new process is very simple and easy to use in practical production. Continuous recrystallization occurred during superplastic deformation and very fine grained microstructure formed, which provides excellent superplasticity for the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy 7075.
