A MODEL FOR THE RADIATION HEAT TRANSITION IN CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED-BEDS
For the determination of the heat transition by radiation in circulating fluidized beds (CFBC), the Schuster-Schwarzschild-Approximation (called Two-Flow Model) of the general radiation transport equation was applied to the conditions in the CFBC. Thereby, the influence of the thickness and the density of the peripheral zones and the there prevailing temperature profile on the radiation heat transition can be described.
