Ni-Cr selective surface based on polyamide substrate
An investigation of sputtered Ni-Cr selective surfaces deposited on polyamide film is reported. The coating surface is composed of four layers of thin films which served as adhesion layer, infrared reflective layer, absorbing layer and antireflection layer respectively. The solar absorptance is 0.92-0.93 and normal emittance is 0.06 at 60 degrees C. The results of thermal test showed that the coating is stable for use under a temperature of 200 degrees C.
