국산 Germanium 광석으로부터 GeO2 제조에 관한 연구
Preparation of Germanium Dioxide from Domestic Germanium Ore
Studies on the effect of calcination temperature, calcination time, concentration of HNO3, boiling time and concentration of NaOH were conducted to manufacture GeO2 from domestic germanium ore by new chemical process. In order to carry out this study, chemical analysis was performed. The results obtained were as followed;
1. The highest germanium content was leached out from the domestic germanium on condition that calcination temperature was 1,005 ℃, concentration of HNO3 was 9N, boiling time was 4hr and concentration of NaOH was 50%
2. The manufactured product from the new chemical process was identified as GeO2 by X-ray diffraction analysis and infrared absorption spectra and its purity was 96.8 %.
