Electrically heated systems for deepwater subsea oil flowlines
Flow assurance throughout a subsea system's entire life cycle is critical in its design and operation. The formation of hydrates and paraffin in deepwater subsea flowlines is an increasing problem in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). Electrically heated flowlines offer a simple approach to managing hydrates in these subsea oil flowlines.
