습식 코팅을 이용한 ITO 나노 입자의 분산성이 필름의 전도성과 투명성에 미치는 영향
Effect of Dispersion Property of ITO Nano-Particles on Conductance and Transparency of ITO Film by Wet Coating as PET Substrate
A study on the conductive PET by using a wet-coating was performed. Poly(vinyl) copolymer was used as carrier to immobilize ITO to PET film. Dispersion stability was the best at pH 9 and the worst at pH 6. The higher dispersion stability was, the higher conductivity of ITO film was. Resistivity of ITO film at pH 9 and pH 6 was 1.17X105 and 7.52X106 ohm, respectively, with 1 ITO wt%. Light transmitance of ITO film with 1 and 2 ITO wt% were 83% and 81%, respectivity.
