NANOPOROUS TIN(IV) SULFIDES - THERMOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES
The porosity, the integrity of the framemork and any envisaged applications of sulfide-based nanoporous layered materials produced using organic templates, depend upon the stability of the materials with respect to the thermally induced template removal process. Here, the thermochemical properties of two such materials are examined using a variety of techniques and conclusions drawn concerning the thermal stability range and the reconstruction processes which take place.
