초록
Polyethersulfone(PES)/Nylon 6 블렌드 계에서 Nylon-PES-Nylon 6 trilblock 공중합체의 상용화 효과를 다음 사실들로부터 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 블록 공중합체를 첨가함에 따라 분산상의 크기가 급격히 감소 하였으며 두 구성 고분자의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 근접해졌다. 또한 블렌드물의 탄성계수와 PES 분산상에 의한 블렌드물의 내열성 향상도 증가하였다
The compatibilizing effect of Nylon 6-polyethersulfone-Nylon 6 triblock copolymer on polyethersulfone (PES)/Nylon 6 blends was ascertained from the following results. That is, when the block copolymer was added as compatibilizer in PES/Nylon 6 blends, the size of the dispersed phase decreased dramatically, and the glass transition temperatures of constituent polymers approached toward each other. And, the tensile modulus and the improvement of thermal resistance by the dispersed phase of PES were enhanced by adding the block copolymer.
