카르보닐기가 삽입되는 팔라디움 측매반응을 이용한 새로운 곁사슬 구조의 전방향족 고분자의 합성
Synthesis of Wholly Aromatic Polyesters with Side Chains by Palladium Catalyzed Reaction with Carbonyl Insertion
초록
중합시 일산화탄소를 카르보닐기로 삽입하는 팔라디움 촉매 반응을 이용하여 높은 수율로 전방향족 폴리에스테르를 합성하였다. 요오드화 단량체를 사용하여 분자량을 높였고, 주사슬중 페닐기의 2,5위치에 메틸기와 alkoxy기를 곁사슬로 도입하고, 그 길이를 각기 다르게 고분자 사슬에 도입하여 녹는점을 낮추어서 가공성을 높였다. DSC와 TGA 분석에 의하여 전이온도를 측정하였고, 분자량, 용해도, 액정상 등을 연구하였다.
Wholly aromatic polyesters were synthesized by Pd-catalyzed carbonylation with carbon monoxide. Molecular weight of the polymers was increased by using diiodide monomers. Melting temperatures of the polymers were much decreased by introduction of various side chains. Transition temperature was investigated by DSC and TGA, and molecular weight, solubility, and liquid or crystallinity were also studied.
