제목 Development of Composite Bipolar Plate for High Temperature PEMFC
초록 Graphite/polymer composite bipolar plates for high temperature PEMFC are successfully developed, and their typical properties are superior to commercially available bipolar plates. Thermal property of the developed bipolar plate was analyzed by dynamic mechanical, and the results were compared to commercial bipolar plates. Developed bipolar plates were immersed into high temperature coolant - HT230(solvay) - at 150℃ for 2000 hrs to evaluate dimensional stability and durability. Dimension, weight of the bipolar plates as well as extraction conductivity was measured as each 500hrs. The surface of the tested specimens was examined by optical microscope. For comparison, a commercial bipolar plate was tested also.
