Natural rubber was filled with BiOCl and vulcanized with S, ZnO and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide and tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide accelerators at 150 degrees C for 15 min under 15 MPa to 1-mm sheets. The X-ray absorption measurements were carried out using Am-241 (60 key). The Pb equiv. of the rubber composite was 0.04-0.1 mm.
